Susan Fang - Milan - Chinese designer Susan Fang was this season’s designer featured in the ‘Supported by Dolce & Gabbana’ initiative. She described this collection, ‘Air Memory’, as “an exploration of the pursuit of happiness”. The pastels and dream-like designs are a tribute to her late mother, who inspired this collection.
Sara Chraibi - London - This London Fashion Week, the Official Moroccan Tourism Board proudly presented Sara Chraibi’s Haute Couture collection titled ‘THE HEAVENS’. Combining North African and Mediterranean styles, Chraibi created a collection that celebrates feminity, culture and heritage.
E.L.V. Denim - London - E.L.V. DENIM debuted at London Fashion Week as first fully upcycled brand on-schedule. Marking seven years of innovation this year, founder Anna Foster presented her collection "The Journey", tracing its evolution from the first pair of jeans in 2018 to a full ready-to-wear collection, including shirting, tailoring, leather, and evening wear.
Chloé - Paris - Chemena Kamali continued to create what it means to be a ‘Chloé girl’ at this year’s Paris Fashion Week. Wide-legged trousers, ruffled blouses, ballet flats and decorated bags are all part of the ‘boho look’ that has been taking over recently. Kamali’s easy & cool way of dressing doesn’t seem to be going anywhere and the internet isn’t going to let it.
Roisin Pierce - Paris - In the Irish Embassy in Paris, Roisin Pierce, the only Irish designer on the official PFW A/W 25 schedule, presented a classic crochet-focused collection. This collection, ‘Nothing Pure Can Stay’, highlights Pierce’s delicate & feminine craftsmanship through carefully sculpted and layered designs. To match the perfectionism of her outfits, her accessories, designed in collaboration with Polène, each told a unique story too.
